HOW TO GUIDE: SYNCHRONIZING YOUR FILES
Once you have created some profiles within the BackupSpace.com Agent you can choose to run them manually.  A situation where you may need to run a synchronization manually is just after your system has crashed and you need to recover the files from the server back to your computer.  This would not be a scheduled task but instead a one time synchronization.  You might also want to manually run a synchronization when you think your computer is going to fail or if you are reloading your operating system.  Below are some steps you can follow to manaully run a synchronization profile.

Step 1: From the Wizard Mode screen, choose the "Run several profiles" option.

Step 2: You can run a single profile or you can run multiple profiles at the same time.  Choose the profiles you wish to run by checking the boxes on the left side of the screen.  Once you have selected the profiles you wish to run, click the double arrow icon that's 6th from the left at the top of the screen.

Step 3: On the next screen you will see a list of the files that will be copied up to the server or down from the server based on the settings within the profile.  If you do not see any files listed then no files are out of sync.  When you are ready to run the synchronization, click the Start button in the lower left corner of the screen.

Step 4: Once all of the files have finished copying, you will get a window that shows how many files and the total size of the files that were transferred to either the Left-Hand or Right-Hand locations.  After reviewing the synchronization, click the OK button to be done.
