HOW TO GUIDE: INSTALLATION
Step 1: Download the agent installation program from your Software Provider.

Step 2: Run the application and click Next.


Step 3: Read and select the "I accept the agreement" option and click Next.


Step 4: Choose the location you would like the application to be installed and click Next


Step 5: From the pull-down menu, choose the type of installation you would like to install.  Choosing the standard installation will install all the default components neccessary to backup your files.  Click Next to continue.


Step 6: Choose the name of the folder you would like to have the program's shortcuts to be placed in for the Start Menu.  If you do not want any shortcuts to be created, choose the "Don't create a Start Menu folder" option and click Next.


Step 7: For the additional options, you can choose to have icons placed in your Start Menu, on the Desktop or in your Quick Launch taskbar.  Choose which options you would like to install and click Next.


Step 8: Click Install to start copying the files to your computer.


Step 9: Click Finish to close the installation.
